M.J. Harris has just completed a bathroom renovation for us at a home that we have purchased in Northcote and we would like to give you some feedback about this experience and our dealings with your staff. Prior to having M.J. Harris quote for the bathroom renovation we had 3 other companies come in and give us a quote and talk to us about the scope of the works and the process involved. we were not happy with any of these companies and found their patronising attitude towards our son who is wheelchair bound to be quite concerning. However, we then met Jenni and Luke.
Right from the first meeting we were very impressed with Jenni and her manner. She is an excellent communicator, super organised and very customer focussed. We just can't believe how smoothly this project went and how well Jenni handled everything. The thing that we liked the most about working with Jenni was that whatever we said we needed to make the space work for us she was able to accommodate our request. She was focussed on giving us the bathroom that we wanted, not the bathroom that other companies said we needed.

We engaged MJ Harris to completely renovate our kitchen, meals, family room and lounge room. MJ Harris wasn't the cheapest quote, but gave us confidence that they could deliver. They more than lived up to their promises.

The whole end to end process was very professionally managed by their designer and project manager, Jenni. The design process was excellent, and all works were completed on time and within budget. Some minor changes we requested were included at no extra cost or time, while others were quoted and added with no extra time. We were particularly happy that works were completed by our Easter deadline. All trades really looked after everything and cleaned up after themselves every day. Jenni kept us constantly up to date on progress and any decisions needed from us. The quality of the the complete works is excellent and is better than expected.
